Ethics hotline
At Fluid Attacks, we have enabled an ethics hotline based on EasyLlama's Anonymous Reporting for employees and external parties. Through this website, you can send us feedback about harassment, retaliation, and other issues you have experienced or witnessed concerning other people. In addition, you can send us recommendations and questions, among other information, without revealing your name (this is optional), being completely confidential.
To create, submit, and keep track of a case, please follow the steps below:
- Choose the category that most closely matches the feedback you wish to submit.
- Answer, in most cases, questions such as "When did it happen?", "Where did it happen?" and "Who was involved?" Additionally, provide a description.
- Before submitting feedback, you can choose whether to disclose personal information, which would only be your name and email address.
- In order to follow up on a report, you must provide a phone number. However, this information is never visible to the recipient of your feedback.
- After sending your phone number you will receive a verification code via SMS, which you must enter on the website to continue.
- Then, also by SMS, you will receive a link to follow your case (you can also log in from the main page), where you are asked to enter your phone number.
- From there, you can keep an eye on when the chat with a member of Fluid Attacks' HR department is set up to resolve the case in the best possible way.
