Rationale

Zoho One is Fluid Attacks' CRM, used for many company-critical processes like Sales, Marketing, Finance, Human Resources, etc.

The main reasons why we chose it over other alternatives are:
  1. It is an all-in-one solution that allows implementing many critical processes in a single place, reducing friction and complexity.
  2. It provides an interconnected environment that allows to easily share data between different processes, increasing simplicity and maintainability.
  3. It is less expensive compared to other all-in-one CRMs or purchasing many services that do more specific things. 

Alternatives

The following alternatives were considered but not chosen for the following reasons.

SalesForce

  1. We did not see a feature that would make it a better choice for us.
  2. It was considerably more expensive.
