Vulnerability signature update

Vulnerability signature management applies to software composition analysis (SCA) tests. The external sources from which Fluid Attacks updates these signatures are updated daily from Monday to Friday. They are the following:
  1. Alpine: secdb.alpinelinux.org
  2. Amazon: alas.aws.amazon.com/AL2/alas.rss and alas.aws.amazon.com/AL2022/alas.rss
  3. Debian: security-tracker.debian.org/tracker/data/json and salsa.debian.org/security-tracker-team/security-tracker/raw/master/data/DSA/list
  4. GitHub security advisories: api.github.com/graphql
  5. NVD: services.nvd.nist.gov/rest/json/cves/2.0
  6. Oracle: linux.oracle.com/security/oval
  7. Red Hat: redhat.com/security/data/oval
  8. SLES: ftp.suse.com/pub/projects/security/oval
  9. Ubuntu: launchpad.net/ubuntu-cve-tracker
  10. Wolfi: packages.wolfi.dev
  11. OSSF Malicious Packages: github.com/ossf/malicious-packages
